Berry Apple Shake

    • 2 scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Protein/Meal Replacement Shake Mix
    • 1 scoop of Fibre Boost
    • 1 scoop of Protein Boost
    • 1 pack of Digestive Boost
    • 270 ml of water (or substitute with rice/almond milk)
    • 4-6 ice cubes (if desired)
    • 1 green apple
    • 1 cup of strawberries
    • 1/2 cup of blueberries (or substitute with 1/2 cup of your favourite berry)
