Pistachios

Pistachios are loaded with nutrients, they are rich in minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, magnesium, maganese, copper, zonc and selenium. They are low in calories yet high in protein. Pistachios are great for weight management, repairing blood vessels, maintaining blood sugar levels and lower cholestoral and blood sugar levels. They are a great antioxidant as well.
