Spinach is an excellent of iron, vitamins K and A. It contains manganese, zinc, protein, folate, magnesium, copper, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and dietary fiber. Spinach improves digestion, strengthen cardiovascular system, cancer preventive, promotes healthy eyes, and fights against acne and wrinkles. It can also improve cognitive function and strengthen bones. Spinach can be incorporated into salads and smoothies, or even pasta dishes and pizza.
