Vitamin K

Vitamin K is essential to bodily function and health. It activates protein within our blood regulating blood clotting, which makes it essential in responding in injuries and reducing the risk of abnormal blood clotting. Vitamin K aids in the transportation of calcium in the body, it plays a role in synthesis on none proteins as well. Great sources of vitamin K: kale, cucumbers, plums, spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage and mustard greens.
