Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are filled with jutrients, minerals and vitamins. They are rich in vitamin E, copper and vitamin B1. They also contain manganese, selenium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and phosphorus. Sunflower seeds improve skin health, regulates blood pressure and sugar levels, support healthy thyroid functions and reduces the risk of heart disease. They are an antioxidant which actually makes them cancer preventative. Sunflower seeds can be incorporated in salad dressing, baked goods or a simple snack.
