Coconut Water 

Coconut water is packed with antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C and contains a range of minerals such as, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese and zinc. It has easily digested carbohydrates in the form of sugar and electrolytes. FYI: mature coconut water contains less nutrients than tender coconut water. Fun fact: coconuts are a fruit, a nut and a seed.
