Molybdenum

Molybdenum is a mineral that acts like a catalyst and aids in facilitating amino acids in the body. A great source of molybdenum is cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, cabbage, tomatoes and beans. Molybdenum strengthens of teeth, detoxifies free radicals, rids the body waste products and reduces inflammation.
