Purple Berry Kick Shake

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein/Meal Replacement Shake Mix
  • 1 scoop of Daily Fibre Boost
  • 1 scoop of Protein Boost
  • 1 pack of Digestive Boost
  • 270 ml of water (or substitute with rice/almond milk)
  • 4-6 ice cubes (if desired)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of celery
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
