It is so easy to fall into routine and become accustomed to things as they are, we don’t easily change. It takes a lot to create a change or transformation in our life. And, the worst thing we can do is expect change in others and our environment, while not actually changing anything ourselves. If we want change in our life, we have to start acknowledging what it is that keeps reoccurring (behaviours, actions, words, etc) with ourselves and others, especially others. Once we open ourselves to that, we can change the outcome, by simply being the change ourselves.
