It’s A Funny Thing

You always said,
Sex wasn’t your thing,
Yet,
Talking wasn’t either,
Expressing,
Nor engaging,
That is,
In meaningful conversation.

So what was,
Or rather,
What is,
Your thing?!
Because to me,
It seems like a funny thing,
How neither seems to be fitting,
Each in complete opposition,
Yet inadequate,
In describing who it is you are.

Maybe,
I’m confused,
Or just lost,
Or better lied too.

For there is no even ground,
Between the two,
Just one or the other.
So chose,
Which one is it?!
