In The Cue

I think the problem with the world is...

Not hearing those that are screaming,
But rather listening to those that are masking...
As it breeds comfort,
Rather than revolution...
That is,
Growth and expansion.

For the lack of critical thought,
Discernment...
As ignorance is excused.

How ugly it is,
To only think about self,
Without regard to another...
Because as long as you are safe,
That's all that matters.

Not realizing that one day,
You will be next.
